Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end technical support across SAP landscapes (on-premise and cloud), with a focus on S/4HANA.
• Maintain and troubleshoot SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP integrations, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
• Monitor and support workflow processes and identify any issues impacting business-critical functions.
• Perform routine system checks, health monitoring, and SAP Basis administration including transports, patching, and upgrades.
• Ensure SAP Security protocols are adhered to; manage roles, authorizations, and access provisioning.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and requests related to system performance, user access, and interface errors.
• Work closely with functional teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors to support business operations.
• Participate in testing, cutover, and go-live support activities during project phases.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience in a similar SAP Technology or Technical Analyst role.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in a BAU support context.
• Proficiency in SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP, and Workflow configuration and monitoring.
• Solid understanding of SAP Basis administration tasks and best practices.
• Experience managing SAP Security, including role design, user access, and compliance monitoring.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and working within a ticketing environment (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
