Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP Finance modules (particularly in an S/4HANA environment) within the BAU landscape.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve functional issues, analyze system performance, and implement improvements.
• Support and liaise with the S/4HANA implementation team to ensure minimal disruption to BAU activities.
• Perform root cause analysis on incidents and manage incident resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Leverage OpenText for document management workflows related to finance processes (e.g., vendor invoicing, document archiving).
• Engage in testing, data validation, and cutover support where required during project rollouts.
• Create and maintain documentation for finance processes and system configurations.
• Provide input into training materials and user guidance as needed.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an SAP Finance Analyst in a BAU or project support environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (SAP FICO modules in S/4HANA specifically).
• Proven experience working with OpenText for financial document management and workflows.
• Experience using or supporting SAP Fiori apps is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to work across functional and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
