ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Administration Assistant to provide efficient day-to-day support for our Clermont depot.

We are looking for someone with the ability to learn quickly, demonstrate a willingness to undertake a variety of administration tasks, and have excellent problem solving and time management skills.

JJ’s is an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.

This position is a permanent, full-time position (Monday to Friday).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Processing of data accurately and efficiently within required timeframes

Authorising and printing of daily run sheets

Management of Operations Inbox

Scheduling jobs | Preparing quotes

Booking of pre-employment testing - medicals/vaccinations

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence ensuring timely responses, appropriate follow up, escalations and preparing outgoing correspondence as required

General administration and office support

ABOUT YOU

Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to achieving customer service of the highest standard

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders

Detail orientated, able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks at once

Proficient in office software and administrative systems, with a willingness to learn new tools and processes

Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitasks and prioritise workload
