Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure PeopleTray modules to support client needs across:
Mobilisation, Onboarding and site access
Rosters and scheduling
Flights, travel, and accommodation
Training, compliance, and competency management
Safety and OHS processes
Partner with site administrators and HSE teams to understand existing processes and configure digital workflows that improve efficiency, visibility, and compliance.
Deliver training sessions (onsite and virtual) for users of all levels—ensuring smooth adoption and self-sufficiency.
Conduct hands-on support during go-live periods, troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly.
Collaborate with the PeopleTray product and support teams to feed client insights into ongoing product improvement.
Travel to client sites to strengthen relationships and provide on-the-ground support where needed.
Experience
✅ Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in one or more of the following areas:
FIFO Site Administration: Working on-site in mining or heavy industry, supporting day-to-day personnel movements, accommodation bookings, flights, and onboarding.
Mobilisation Coordination: Hands-on experience managing the mobilisation of large workforces, including onboarding of contractors, verifying competencies, arranging site access, and liaising with multiple departments to ensure readiness.
Rostering & Travel Management: Creating and managing rosters, backfilling shifts, managing travel changes, and aligning workforce scheduling with operational requirements.
HSE/OHS Administration: Familiarity with safety systems and procedures, including the use of software to record incidents, hazards, and safety meetings.
Software Implementation or Support: Participating in or leading the rollout of digital tools or ERP platforms for workforce, compliance, or safety. This includes gathering user requirements, configuring systems, providing training, and resolving issues.
✅ Tools and Software You Should Know (experience with any of the following is highly regarded):
INX Software – for managing flights, rosters, and accommodation ,Safety
SAP, Pronto, SuccessFactors, or similar ERP platforms
SiteDocs, SAI360, or other compliance and safety systems
SharePoint, Excel, and online workflow tools for reporting, scheduling, and communication
Familiarity with OHS software, training record systems, or digital contractor onboarding tools
✅ Additional Skills & Attributes We Value:
A strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by site administrators and mobilisation teams in the mining and contracting environment.
Demonstrated ability to work across departments—from site-based HSE teams to head office HR and compliance functions.
Proven experience in training and supporting users, especially those who are not tech-savvy.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once.
Excellent communication and documentation skills to ensure users feel supported throughout the implementation process.
Experience in identifying workflow inefficiencies and recommending practical, tech-enabled solutions.
