About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Kronos Functional Consultant with expertise in Kronos Dimensions and Workforce Central (Pro). In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining Kronos applications to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Kronos Pro & Dimensions Implementation - Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration to align with business processes.
• Requirements Gathering - Work closely with stakeholders to document workflows and define solution specifications.
• System Configuration - Customize timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance tracking functionalities.
• Integration - Collaborate with IT teams to seamlessly integrate Kronos with HR, payroll, and ERP systems.
• Training & Support - Conduct user training and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
• Testing & Validation - Perform functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system accuracy.
• System Optimization - Monitor performance, recommend improvements, and implement best practices.
• Documentation - Maintain detailed documentation, including configuration guides and training materials.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution - Work with support and development teams to resolve technical challenges.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in Kronos Pro & Dimensions implementation and configuration.
• Knowledge of timekeeping, scheduling, and workforce management systems.
• Experience integrating Kronos with HR, payroll, and ERP systems.
• Ability to conduct training sessions and provide post-go-live support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
