The Role
Lead Group Healthcare are seeking a Facility Manager for a medium sized Residential Aged Care Facility located a short driving distance from Shepparton, VIC.

Situated in a beautiful regional town, this is a highly supported environment that includes experienced Clinical Leaders, ANACC support, Quality Management, Education Support plus 24 hour Registered Nurses and Care team.

The successful candidate will have strong operational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead a team and provide oversight to the facilities daily running and ongoing success, creating an environment where staff love to work and residents love to live!

Role Requirements

• Full time Australian working rights
• Previous Management / Leadership experience (aged care / healthcare desirable)
• AHPRA Registration desirable but not essential
• Strong communication skills with ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders
