Salary: $65,000- $72,000 plus super

Our Client Our client is a prestigious luxury brand seeking a Boutique Support Executive to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless administrative operations and delivering exceptional client service within their boutique environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate reporting of stock and repair counts.
  
  
• Timely response to client inquiries and quotations.
  
  
• Continuous improvement in internal audit processes.
  
  

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (advantageous).
  
  
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and client orientation.
  
  

• Administrative Support:
  
  
• Manage sales collections, banking, and invoice tracking.
  
  
• Maintain accurate stock details and perform end-of-day processes.
  
  
• Coordinate delivery arrangements and provide repair status updates.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with internal audit processes and company policies.
  
  
• Client Service Experience:
  
  
• Handle client inquiries and process orders efficiently.
  
  
• Engage with clients by providing timely updates and resolving queries.
  
  
• Administer feedback forms and ensure prompt responses.
