THE ROLE:

As a Therapist with BNY, you will be valued and supported. Offering you a harmonious work environment that will encourage, nurture and inspire your individual growth. Ideally, we are looking for a BEAUTY THERAPIST, with a Diploma in Beauty and a minimum of one full year of recent salon experience. A passion for facials and a deep knowledge of skin treatments is needed for this role. We offer a range of traditional beauty services, with a focus on advanced skin treatments.

*Experience in management and leadership would be an advantage as well.

REMUNERATION:

$36 – $46 P/H + SUPER + COMMISSION

HOURS: 30 hours per week

Beginning as a casual employee with the option to go permanent once you have established yourself.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE …

Is self motivated and keen to learn and grow with us

Has a burning passion for skin, beauty and giving amazing customer service

Is well presented and loves being a team player

Feels confident in retail sales and building a clientele

Loves taking clients on a skincare journey

Experienced in all aspects of Beauty Therapy, with a Diploma of Beauty

Enjoys contributing to the team as well as the business

Qualifications in IPL and Skin Needling would be a strong advantage

Knowledge of Dermalogica, Thalgo or ASAP skin care brands would also be a plus!
