About the Opportunity

Role Responsibilities
- Provide full beauty therapy services, including:
- Full body waxing for men and women, specialising in Brazilian waxes
- Lash lifts
- Brow lamination, shaping, and makeovers
- Tinting, dye, and henna tinting

- Threading
- Spray tanning
- Wellness services such as LED treatments, infrared sauna, and skin lightening

Roster Information
- Fixed full-time roster
- Evening and Saturday shifts required permanently.
- Rotating Sunday shifts once per month.
- No work on public holidays.

Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in a salon or spa setting.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Passionate and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy (required).

Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day salon operations and services.
- Ensure high-quality services delivery.
- Maintain health and safety standards in the salon.

Expectations:

Supervise and motivate salon staff to deliver exceptional service.

Oversee daily operations, including appointment management and workflow.

Drive retail and service sales, meeting and exceeding targets.

Ensure high standards of client care and address customer concerns.

Manage inventory, stock orders, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
