Beauty on Latrobe, a well-established salon in Paddington, is seeking an exceptional Beauty Therapist who is ready for the challenge of rebuilding and leading a salon with a great history. About the Role:

• Lead the way in business development and team leadership, helping to reshape the salon’s future.

• Deliver a wide range of traditional beauty treatments while also being proficient in high-end advanced treatments.

• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients—creating an experience that makes them eager for their next visit.

• Work strategically with the salon owner to improve client retention, sales growth, and overall business performance.

This will begin as a part time position with the expectation the right person will develop the role to Full Time in a few months.
