Currently employing 130 staff – who in turn earnestly support over 130 clients across multiple locations and commercial operations.

We're looking for a Corporate Governance Manager to lead and manage a wide range of corporate governance requirements including coordination of the Tulgeen risk, policy and compliance frameworks, internal audit and reporting, human resource support services and information management systems. The role works as part of a team to ensure broader corporate governance requirements are in place and well managed

The Governance manager for Tulgeen Disability Services; Is directly accountable for a wide range of corporate governance requirements including:

Corporate Governance

Risk Management

Policy

Company Secretary for the Board of Directors

Corporate Services

Essential Requirements

• Experience in corporate governance functions such as policy, risk, compliance, administration, human resources, and quality management

• Understanding of the disability sector and key issues faced by clients and service providers

• Experience leading and managing teams.

• Relevant qualifications in business, human resources, risk management or administration.

Location: Primarily based at Tulgeen’s Head office Cooinda

Reports To: Tulgeen General Manager or their stated delegate
