At Barrier Reef Pools Group WA, we pride ourselves on delivering world-class fibreglass swimming pools to customers throughout Western Australia. We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a new Site Supervisor to join our team.

About the Role:

This role is perfect for those looking to start a career in site supervision or project management. We provide industry and on-the-job training, but we need your excellent people and organisational skills. As a business, customer service is a top priority. Our Site Supervisors work closely with our Sales and Scheduling teams to ensure each swimming pool is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Working alongside your Client Liaison Officer, you will provide site-based support to keep the office informed and updated on evolving trade and customer needs. Throughout the week, you will travel between customers' houses, conducting pre- and post-installation site checks, while managing your flexible hours from Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

Proactively service customer needs

Promptly address all customer enquiries

Set the datum and position for excavation of the swimming pool according to drafted plans and council requirements

Complete site checks and relay information to the Scheduling Team to complete trade bookings in line with contract allowances

Work with your dedicated Customer Liaison to book and manage completion trades for each site

Conduct post-installation site checks to ensure high standards of work are maintained

Highly organised

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to assess and deliver on competing priorities while managing deadlines

Strong planning and problem-solving skills

Decision-maker with a positive attitude

Knowledge of WH&S practices

Ability to read, interpret, and manage drawings, specifications, and plans (advantageous but not mandatory)

Prior experience in a trade-based supervisory role (advantageous but not mandatory)

Experience in the swimming pool industry (highly advantageous but not mandatory)

Familiarity with local permit authorities (advantageous but not mandatory)

Qualifications:

Construction White Card

WA Driver's Licence
