About the role

Kacen Hydraulic Repairs' is seeking a highly skilled First Class Manual Machinist to join our team in Bellevue, WA. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced machinist to work on a diverse range of projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday 6:30am to 4:00pm

Friday 6:30am to 2:00pm

What you'll be doing

Operating a variety of manual machines such as lathes and mills to manufacture and repair hydraulic cylinder components

Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications to produce parts that meet strict quality standards

Troubleshooting and problem-solving to identify and resolve issues during the machining process

Performing routine maintenance and cleaning on machines to ensure optimal performance

Collaborating with the hydraulics team to provide technical expertise and support on projects

Maintaining detailed records of work completed and parts produced

Ability to work unsupervised

Skills and Experience:

Mechanical Trade Certificate in Machining or Fitting/Machining

Experience with manual lathes and mills machines

Basic computer skills

Strong problem-solving and quality control and the ability to identify and resolve issues during the machining process

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

Proficient in the use of precision measuring tools and equipment

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
