Remuneration: ASO2/OPS2 ($58,709 - $63,154 per annum) + 11.5% Superannuation

We are currently seeking a Business Support Officer and a Support Worker to provide exceptional support on a full-time term basis!
For the Business Support Officer role, you will be:
Maintaining staff records, preparing reports, minutes and employment contract letters.
Providing advice on a range of personnel procedures and related issues.
Assisting with budget and cash flow projections, budget preparation, salary estimates, cash flow and monthly expenditure reports.
For the Support Worker role, you will be:
Handling requests from emotionally distressed clients over the phone and solving issues with appropriate responses.
Researching and collecting information about parenting programs and activities.
Participating in regular case discussions with internal stakeholders.
To be successful in these roles, you will:
Be able to work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders.
Have exceptional written and verbal communicational skills.
Be able to manage a high and varied workload.
Have the ability to solve complex problems and demonstrate initiative.
Demonstrate a commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive work environment.
