Forty Winks Fyshwick is a family-owned and operated bedding retailer, proudly serving our community since 1988. We are passionate about helping people find the perfect sleep solutions and are looking for a dedicated Entry Level Business Support Officer to join our close-knit team.
The Role:
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and eager to kickstart your career in a supportive environment? As a Business Support Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, providing administrative support and exceptional customer service. This is an excellent first step into the world of business administration!
This is more than just data entry. You'll be learning all aspects of the business, while dealing directly with our customers, the Store Operations Manager and the Franchisee.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial data entry and management.
Liaising with our external finance team.
Supporting the Store Operations Manager and Franchisee with daily tasks.
Answering phones and directing calls.
Providing outstanding customer service and assisting with sales inquiries.
Contributing to sales through rostered shifts (sales training provided!).
Skills and Experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have the right to work in Australia.
Weekend availability is required.
Financial data entry experience (or a willingness to learn quickly).
