What We Offer

- Weekly retainer of $500–$800

- $1,000 upfront travel allowance for each of your first 4 trips (to cover fuel, meals, etc.)

- Average $2,000 commission per sale (based on 10kW systems at $200 per kW)

- Daily support with high-converting leads

- Flights and accommodation fully covered for interstate trips

- Admin support and CRM access to help you close with confidence

- Weekly mentoring from your VIC Sales Manager, Luke

- Full training provided — solar experience is a bonus but not required

About the Role

This is a hybrid role based out of our new Melbourne office in Keilor Park. You’ll meet

customers locally and also fly to NSW and SA for pre-booked appointments. Our team will

take care of the logistics — you focus on closing and earning.

Who You Are

- Confident communicator with a go-getter mindset

- Keen to build a career in renewable energy

- Able to travel interstate 2–3 days per week

- Sales experience ideal but not essential

- Must have a valid driver’s license and be VIC-based
