About The Role:

Based in Noble Park

Casual Role

At least 2 weekdays and some weekend work

Inbound Customer Service – No Sales

Starting Date: 28th April

Rosters between 8am to 8pm – Monday to Sunday - Onsite

Comprehensive 2-week training programming conducted Mon – Fri (9am – 5pm) onsite full-time - no exceptions

Main Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage inquiries via letter, email, or voice, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Utilize call center software and databases to access customer information, update records, and maintain detailed call logs.

Recommend suitable services or solutions tailored to each client's needs.

Skills/Experience:

Previous background/s and the following will be well regarded: -

Contact Centre/Customer Service/Retail/Hospitality

Microsoft Office

Computer literate

Reliability, professionalism and a commitment to the success of the company will ensure you are considered for this role.
