About the role

We are seeking a vibrant and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our incredible team at Earth Crystals in Varsity Lakes. This is a casual position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic wholesale and retail environment. The successful applicant must have knowledge of the different types of crystals.

What you'll be doing

Interest in beautiful crystals, alternative health and wellness

Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all wholesale and retail customers

Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently

Restocking and replenishing shelves as needed

Adhering to all health, safety and security procedures

Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a crystal business or in-depth knowledge

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude

Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
