Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting day-to-day store operations, and helping maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Provide product knowledge and fitting advice for swimwear, goggles, equipment, and accessories

Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle transactions accurately

Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and visual merchandising

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the sales floor and fitting rooms

Process online orders and assist with packing and dispatching

Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and brand information

Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service

Skills & Experience:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

Knowledge or interest in swimming and swimwear is a bonus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Availability to work flexible 25+hours per week, including weekends and school holidays
