About the Position

We're recruiting experienced FOH Supervisors & Managers for multiple venues across regional Victoria. These are hands-on roles where you'll lead service teams, create great guest experiences, and enjoy being part of a close-knit community. Some roles come with accommodation, making relocation easier than ever.

Position Description

Supervise daily front-of-house operations and staff

Deliver exceptional guest experiences

Support rostering, training, and service standards

Work with venue management to improve operations and efficiency

Assist with event/function coordination as needed

Position Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage service flow and team performance

Willingness to relocate and embrace regional hospitality

Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
