About the role

You will join the Customer Service Unit in this newly created role, working closely with cross functional teams to develop and implement content strategies that align with changing business goals and user needs.

Providing support to the Business Transformation program, this role will play a crucial role in designing and creating user-centred content experiences and information structures that enhance the overall user experience across Wyndham City’s website and digital platforms.

What your day will look like

Reviewing and assessing the impact on website content structure including functionality and experience as a result of the TechOne OneCouncil implementation

Conducting content audits of the existing website and transactional systems to identify and eliminate duplication and misalignment between the systems

Identifying and archiving content that is not meeting the needs of customers or external stakeholders

Developing, designing and managing content for web pages, mobile apps, user interfaces, and other digital products impacted by the TechOne implementation

Developing user guides, help documentation, and other instructional materials

Using data and analytics to measure content effectiveness and user engagement

What you will bring

A degree or diploma with several years of relevant experience (desirable)

Demonstrated track record of delivering a diverse range of digital content design initiatives and projects

Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing, UX design, and customer journey mapping

Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques

Proven ability to develop, document and maintain operational policies and procedures

Sound analytical and conceptual skills

Ability to manage a variety of complex tasks under tight time constraints

Highly developed interpersonal and negotiating skills with the ability to communicate and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
