50% of the business generated will come from existing PSA clients - NAB, Qantas, QBE, Dropbox, Sportsbet & Netflix etc.

In Australia / NZ, they have partnered with 100+ PSA clients at Enterprise and SME level. This role will see you working all Projects hires across Sydney & Brisbane working with a Melbourne counterpart who billed $1M last calendar year.

This desk needs someone who can deliver to high value MSP accounts, as well as, generate their own work.

What are we looking for?

• At least 2+ years agency recruitment experience working across Project Services in Sydney
• Able to operate in a model that requires delivery to large MSP accounts and also business development of smaller accounts
• Someone who enjoys working in a team environment
• Capable self-starter who is looking for a mature work environment
• Ideally someone with aspirations to lead / develop a team in the future
