We are seeking a kind, reliable, and understanding Support Worker to provide one-on-one support for a young woman living with anxiety, autism, bipolar disorder, anorexia, ADHD, and depression.

Hours: Approx. 2 shifts per week (3–4 hours each)

This role involves assisting her with day-to-day tasks and helping her feel supported and empowered in her daily life. The successful applicant will work approximately two short shifts per week, with flexibility appreciated.

Your Responsibilities:

Accompany and support her to medical and other appointments

Assist with grocery shopping and general errands

Offer emotional support and companionship in a calm, non-judgmental manner

Encourage independence while providing gentle guidance and structure

About You:

Experience in disability, mental health, or community support is preferred

Patient, empathetic, and consistent in your approach

A strong communicator who can create a safe and supportive space

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transport

Relevant checks (e.g., NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check) or willingness to obtain
