Join a boutique healthcare tech company building innovative SaaS products that improve patient care and healthcare delivery. We're looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Consultant who’s passionate about user journeys, onboarding, and driving product engagement.

About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for onboarding up to 10 new customers each month, ensuring a smooth, engaging experience from day one. You'll also manage user feedback, work with Product and Dev teams, and help improve the customer journey using Kanban-style delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth and confident start on our platform
• Guide users through setup, training, and early adoption phases
• Collect and relay feedback to the Product and Dev teams
• Support backlog grooming and feature delivery using Kanban
• Help improve and document the end-to-end customer journey
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure onboarding and CX processes scale with growth

What You’ll Bring:

• 2 years in a CX, Onboarding, or Product Support role within SaaS
• Experience managing multiple customer onboarding cycles monthly
• Familiarity with Kanban and light project management
• Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Australian Citizen or PR (essential)
