The opportunity

Sestra People Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AEM Consultant. You must be based in Australia. As a contract role, this position will play a crucial part in driving our clients' digital transformation initiatives through the implementation and optimisation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Key responsibilities

Provide expert-level technical guidance and support for the design, development, and deployment of AEm Cloud Services solutions

Lead complex AEM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, customisation, and integration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of AEM projects and ongoing platform maintenance

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the capabilities and performance of AEM solutions

Mentor and train junior team members on AEM best practices and techniques

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AEM delivery processes and methodologies

What we're looking for

Extensive experience (8+ years) as an AEM Consultant or AEM Developer, with a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities and architecture

Proven track record of leading successful AEM implementation projects from start to finish

Proficient in AEM development, including building custom components, templates, and workflows

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices
