Modo Property are looking for an energetic individual to join their team based in Surrey Hills. This position is ideal for someone who has some experience in media communications or for those just entering the industry - there is much to learn and full training provided.

A typical day would include:

Working with the team to launch new listings on real estate portals and socials

Meeting photographers on site and ensuring the right media is gathered

Creating digital twins (virtual tours)

Putting all media (photos, videos, text, VT's) together in a digital brochure

Designing and ordering property signage

Ensuring quality control in listing presentation

What we need from you!

Ability to work weekdays 9am - 5pm

Capacity to act quickly and correctly follow procedures

The ability to organise and prioritise workload

Dress code: business casual

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (very important)

Ability to use Canva is a requirement

Experience using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator advantageous but not necessary

A current Victorian Driver's License and a clean, reliable vehicle

A smart phone
