At Weedmasters Rail & Civil, no two weeks are the same—and that's exactly how our crew likes it. With over 20 years of experience working safely and successfully along major rail corridors, we’re expanding and looking for a hands-on, outdoor-loving, safety-first crew member to join our team.

🛠️ The Role

You’ll be part of a small, friendly team working in different regional locations throughout NSW and Victoria. Whether it’s chemical spraying, brush-cutting, fencing, or protection officer duties, you’ll be on the go and making a difference every day.

You’ll typically travel four nights away each week (with a generous allowance provided). The work is physical, rewarding, and full of variety.

✅ About You

We’re looking for someone who’s:

Ready to work outdoors and stay fit

Mechanically minded or keen to learn

A team player but confident working independently

Safety conscious and drug/alcohol-free (testing is routine)

Willing to travel for work and stay away midweek

Located in Cootamundra—or open to relocating

Nice to have:

MR or HR licence

White Card

RIW card or willingness to obtain

Chainsaw ticket, First Aid, AQF3 Chem Cert (or willingness to get certified—we’ll support you!)

🎓 No Experience in Rail? No Worries.

We invest in training and development, and we’ll fund the essential qualifications for the right person (conditions apply). You’ll start in a buddy system with weekly check-ins, a three-month review, and a career pathway flowchart to help you grow into leadership or specialised roles if that’s your goal.
