We're located in South Melbourne, in close proximity to the Royal Botanic Gardens and soon to open ANZAC station; partnered with a Mortgage Broker working hand in hand to deliver outstanding customer service to our clients as a "one stop shop" for property purchases.

The Role

The successful candidate must be a motivated and team orientated individual, with a flexible can do approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

Running conveyancing files from initial instructions to settlement

Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and stakeholders

E-conveyancing transactions on PEXA and SRO Duties Online

Preparation and review of contracts for sale

Obtaining property searches

Qualifications & experience

To be successful in this role, the following qualities and experience are required:

3+ years conveyancing experience (essential)

Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing

Have a high degree of initiative and drive, being able to run files from start to finish with little oversight, autonomously.

Ability to review contracts is essential

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills

Ability to work in a team and manage multiple stakeholder groups and external relationships

Be enthusiastic and have a can-do-attitude with strong attention to detail

Experience with TriConvey preferred but not essential

Sound knowledge of PEXA and Duties Online essential

Salary will be based on experience
