Victorian Conveyancing company with offices in Melbourne CBD & Box Hill Victoria requires a Conveyancer that can work remotely.

Candidates would need to have either their conveyancing license for Victoria, or have completed the Conveyancing Diploma and be able to work at least 4 or 5 business days a week.

Depending on the experience, 1 or 2 days per week would be in our office located in Box Hill, and the other days would be working remotely / from home.

All computer equipment, setup and training will be provided.

Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

All tasks necessary for day to day managing of conveyancing files from start to end

Corresponding and liaising with clients, banks, real estate agents and other conveyancers

Drafting and preparing letters, contracts & vendor statements, transfer documents and other required conveyancing forms

Calculating settlement figures

Arranging settlements with all parties

Operating within the PEXA platform and using Tri-Convey conveyancing software

Answering calls from your clients in relation to conveyancing enquiries

Other administrative (conveyancing related) tasks as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year (depending on days worked & experience)
