HarperLloyd Recruitment is looking for a Junior Conveyancer to join our client, who is a mid-tier national legal firm. This role will work on a variety of residential purchase and sale conveyancing files and will see you join a team which values your individual skillset and personality traits.

You can expect to complete the following duties in your day:

• Run residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
• Contract management
• Calculation of settlement figures, PEXA settlements and stamping
• Liaising with third party providers including other firms, banking institutions and real estate agents

To be successful in this role, you will ideally hold:

• Minimum of 1 years residential conveyancing experience
• Strong time management
• Ability to work autonomously, as well as within a team
• Ability to communicate well to various types of people
