Safety Leadership & Policy Management

Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of WHS policies and procedures.

Stay current with industry developments, legislation, and best practices, ensuring they are incorporated into safety policies.

Lead emergency response planning and provide ongoing coaching on safety practices.

Operational Safety & Team Engagement

Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to ensure compliance with WHS laws and regulations.

Develop and deliver safety training, fostering a culture of safety throughout the organisation.

Investigate workplace events and recommend corrective actions to prevent future incidents.

Collaborate with all teams, field supervisors, and management to address safety risks related to electrical installations and warehouse operations.

Support HR with WHS compliance during recruitment, training, performance management, and offboarding.

Who You Are

You bring a proactive mindset and a passion for creating safe, supportive workplaces.

You thrive on collaboration and are confident working with teams across trades, operations, and leadership.

You are detail-oriented, with a strong grasp of WHS legislation and the ability to apply it practically on the ground.

You communicate clearly and confidently, and you know how to deliver training that sticks.

You stay calm in high-pressure situations and lead by example during incidents or emergencies.

You value continuous improvement and are always looking for smarter, safer ways to work.

You take pride in coaching others and are committed to building a strong, safety-first culture from the ground up.
