Duties:

• Lodgements of tax returns, BAS and IAS with the ATO
• ATO liaison and application of ABN and TFN's and GST, payment terms and negotiations
• ASIC compliance, annual statements, change of company information
• Collating tax returns and client information, preparing of client packs ready for clients to sign
• Client liaison - speaking with and emailing
• using Xero, XPM, NowInfinity, ATO Mate and Docusign.

Skills and personal attributes

• Have 3 + years working as an Administrator or Office Administrator in an Accounting firm
• Great attention to detail and organised
• Must have a good attitude and be able to work across different personality styles
• Exceptional communication and presentation
