KW&Co is a transformational coaching company founded in 2012. We design and deliver unique programs for leaders and teams in large organisations across industry. We exist to empower people to work even better together.
Due to internal succession and brand expansion, we’re now seeking an experienced administration professional for our full-time Client Services Coordinator role.
What we’re looking for…
Reporting directly to the CEO, our Client Services Coordinator plays a key role in the successful delivery of our 1:1 executive coaching and leadership development programs.
In this role you will work directly with our transformational coaches and program delivery crew to ensure exceptional experiences for all of our clients and program participants.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and scheduling client programs
- Managing client onboarding and logistical needs
- Supporting coaches to achieve client and business outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and up to date program management systems
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Coordinating and supporting in-person and virtual sessions/events
- Managing office needs (supplies, sourcing contractors, registers)
- Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to achieve company goals.
Professional Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years consistent experience in administration
- Proven skills in process management and improvement
- Resourceful, self-directed and service-minded
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in iOS, Microsoft Office Suite for Mac; CRM management; Trello.
Role details
- Minimum 3 days in the office is required
- Flexibility to work from home when program delivery support is not required in the office
- $70,000 to $80,000 (commensurate to skills and experience), plus Superannuation.
