What you'll be doing

• Operate and maintain agricultural equipment and machinery to ensure efficient farm operations
• Assist with the planting, cultivation, irrigation, and harvesting of crops
• Monitor crop health and identify and address any pest or disease issues
• Collect and analyse soil samples to optimise fertiliser and nutrient application
• Implement and maintain sustainable farming practices to minimise environmental impact
• Collaborate with the farming team to identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualification in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field
• Experience in operating and maintaining agricultural equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of crop cultivation, irrigation, and pest management techniques
• Ability to interpret and apply data from soil and crop analysis
