About the role

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of a growing local business? We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Kiosk Attendant to join our team at Fatboi Brownies. In this casual position, you'll be responsible for delivering a fantastic in-store experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and efficient counter service to customers

Accurately taking orders and processing payments

Restocking and maintaining the display of our delicious brownies and other products

Ensuring the kiosk and surrounding area are kept clean and tidy at all times

Offering product recommendations and information to customers

Supporting the broader team as needed to contribute to the smooth operation of the business

What we're looking for

No previous experience is needed

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently

A genuine passion for delivering high-quality customer service

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
