About the role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Bottleshop Attendant to join our team at the D'Aguilar Hotel in D'Aguilar, QLD. This is a casual role, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As a Bottleshop Attendant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bottleshop.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to all customers

Assisting customers with product selection and recommendations

Maintaining the presentation and organisation of the bottleshop

Accurately processing sales transactions and handling cash

Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management

Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing laws and regulations

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

Assisting in delivery day and working between 3 stores

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in a bottleshop or liquor store environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends

A genuine passion for the retail industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality service

A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification or the ability to obtain one
