About the Role:

We are looking for a Float attendant to join our amazing City Cave team. The role will be responsible to assist in all areas of centre operations through supporting, leading and driving sales growth. This role suit someone who loves to support our clients through exceptional customer service ensuring the best City Cave experience. It is a fast paced, fun but relaxed environment. The position is offering between 10-20 hours (1-3 Shifts) but will have the opportunity to increase as the business grows.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Expectations: Due to the nature of our high quality product offering, cleaning and maintaining the exceptionally hygienic environment is paramount. We have an eye for detail in cleaning and this is an hourly activity. You can’t be afraid to get in the pool to clean.

Must be available to work days, evenings and a weekend shift.

Float Attendant

● Overall operational control and performance of the City Cave Centre.

● Merchandising of inventory.

● Ensure the centre is clean and ensure well maintained hygiene standards with daily, weekly and monthly cleaning routines

● Complete daily and weekly reports for Management.

● Administration and Diary Management.

● Complete Water Chemistry Test and treat effectively.

● Recommend services and treatments to help the customers achieve their goals

● Ensure all facilities and services are in a safe and operational capacity Complete marketing for the centre as requested by.

● Respond to all customer feedback and enquiries promptly.

● Maintain sales and second line of income targets with KPI's

● Folding and restocking towels.

● Health Fund Receipting.

● Make sure all Float Rooms are clean and dry between clients.

● Make sure all infrared Sauna Rooms are cleaned and prepped for the next client.

● Assist with Social Media Content.

We are a busy Centre, and open 8.30am until 9 pm 7 days per week so the ability to work the evenings and at least 1 day of the weekend is a requirement.
