Your Role as an Early Childhood Teacher

Lead the design and delivery of high-quality, engaging learning programs

Build meaningful connections with children, families, and fellow educators

Contribute to a centre culture of inclusion, collaboration, and professional growth

Be a role model and mentor to others in your team, sharing best practices

Support each child’s unique development and prepare them for the transition to school

✅ What You’ll Need:

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
