Team Lead - Property Management - Student Accommodation

This opportunity is a rare chance to oversee a great team of PMs who each manage circa 230 apartments with admin support.

JOB DUTIES:
- Reporting directly into the CEO, you will manage a team of 6 PMs, 2 Assistants and 1 Receptionist
- Set direction and provide solutions to ensure smooth daily operations of the property management team
- Manage your own small portfolio of circa 55 apartments (all in 3 buildings, easy, new simple to manage properties)
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, as well as owner enquiries etc
- Deal with property maintenance requests and admin, etc for the portfolio, with administrative support

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Has understanding and experience of property management with end to end portfolio management experience, ideally with apartment experience
- Experience in managing a team property managers is a must
- The desire to develop and progress their career in a friendly, inclusive team
- Have successfully completed agents rep certificate etc
- Car and drivers licence
