Our client is a well-established franchise agency with over 8 years in the industry, specialising in both residential and commercial sales and property management. With the business now entering an exciting growth phase, they’re seeking a driven and capable Commercial Property Manager to join their close-knit team.

About the Role:
You’ll be managing a mixed portfolio that includes offices, shops, and industrial properties, in a role that offers full responsibility and freedom to run your portfolio your way. You will have:

• Ideally 3-5 years in a commercial property management role
• Strong understanding of the Retail Leases Act 2003 (Vic)
• Outstanding communication skills with a strong financial acumen
