About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Agricultural Consultant to lead and advise on advanced cultivation strategies, micropropagation programs, and environmental management systems. This senior technical role is integral to optimising our plant production systems and ensuring regulatory compliance under GMP/GPP frameworks.

Core Responsibilities
· Design and implement cultivation programs tailored to pharmaceutical-grade outcomes
· Lead the development and refinement of in vitro propagation and genetic preservation techniques
· Monitor plant health and manage integrated pest/disease control strategies
· Develop and maintain SOPs aligned with TGA and ODC guidelines
· Train and supervise staff in controlled environment agriculture methods
· Provide technical direction on climate control, nutrient management, and post-harvest processing
· Collaborate with compliance and quality teams to meet audit requirements and product traceability standards

Required Skills & Experience
· A Ph.D. or equivalent in Plant Science, Agricultural Science, or related discipline
· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably including cannabis or controlled crop production
· Demonstrated experience with micropropagation, tissue culture, or genetic conservation techniques
· Strong understanding of Australian cultivation compliance, GMP practices, and environmental controls
· Excellent leadership, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills
