Davidson has proudly partnered with an innovative local council to assist them in sourcing a techno-functional Business Analyst.

About the Role

You will be working on a transformation program focusing on ERP system implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for the ERP implementation program.
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for modules such as Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, and Asset Management.
• Work with solution architects and vendors to support system configuration, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Map current vs. future state processes, identify gaps, and assist with change management planning.
• Perform data mapping, interface identification, and support test case creation and UAT execution.
• Ensure system solutions meet both functional and non-functional business needs.

About You

• Proven experience as a Techno-Functional BA on ERP implementations (e.g. TechnologyOne, SAP, Oracle, etc)
• Previous experience working as a business analyst within local government/councils
• Must be immediately available to start
• Excellent skills in process analysis, data mapping, and documentation
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels
