What you’ll be doing:

Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations & performance management

Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act, industrial awards, and OH&S regulations

Support payroll and handle disciplinary processes with confidence

Drive cultural initiatives that align with our mission and values

Be a trusted partner to leadership and a go-to support for staff

What you’ll bring:

A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or similar

Solid experience in HR and a strong understanding of Australian employment law

A proactive, approachable attitude and a genuine passion for people and culture

A desire for a long-term role where you can grow with the business
