The Role

• Assisting a Senior PM with capped and manageable portfolio
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Completing Routine, Entry and Exit inspections and reporting as required
• Overseeing leases and lease renewals
• Repairs & maintenance
• Cloud-based software

The Candidate

• 6 + months of previous Property Management experience
• QLD Certificate of Registration
• Attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Solid written & verbal communication skills
• Outstanding telephone manner & time management
• Corporate presentation
• Valid driver's license
