The Role:

Reporting directly into a fantastic Head of Department within a fantastic division, this is an office that thrives in a fun and friendly environment. With a local based portfolio and plenty of training and development, your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Assist the Senior Property Manager will all relative administration
• Prepare lease documents & lease sign ups
• Conduct entry and exit condition reports
• Attend routine inspections
• Liaise with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople
• Train to become a Property Manager

The Candidate:

• 6-12 months+ experience in a similar role
• A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be energetic & have a can-do attitude!
