About the Role

An excellent part-time opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Property Manager to join the team at KTBeez Property Services' in Ferntree Gully, Victoria. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Property Management team and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties, including responding to tenant enquiries, processing rental payments, and arranging property inspections
• Coordinating property maintenance and repairs, liaising with tradespeople and ensuring properties are well-presented
• Preparing documentation such as lease agreements, condition reports, and routine correspondence
• Providing exceptional customer service to both tenants and landlords
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records and databases
• Supporting the Property Manager with various administrative tasks as required

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in a property management or real estate support role a plus but entry level welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office applications
• A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• A current real estate license or the willingness to obtain one
