About the role:

• Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements for lease, and ancillary documents.
• Managing the sale and acquisition of commercial, industrial and rural land.
• Advising on development projects (subdivisions, residential and commercial developments).
• Handling development and joint venture agreements, and access licences.
• Providing title structuring advice and drafting easements and covenants.
• Conducting property due diligence for high-value transactions.

The ideal candidate:

• 6-9 PQE with strong experience in property transactions.
• Confidence advising on complex commercial property matters.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong client focus.
• High attention to detail and time management skills.
