We’re seeking a skilled, calm, and capable Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at the Dinner Plain Hotel for the 2025 winter season.
This is a hands-on leadership role with full oversight of kitchen operations in a busy alpine venue known for hearty, high-quality meals and great team culture.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing kitchen operations, rosters, and food quality
Menu execution and planning
Ordering, stock control, supplier relationships
Leading and mentoring kitchen staff
Maintaining calm, consistent service—even on the busiest days
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role
Strong organisational and communication skills
A steady, team-first approach
Focus on consistency, professionalism, and food quality
What’s On Offer:
