Growing commercial builder who specialise in regional construction projects across NSW are looking for a Site Manager to join the business to work on a $40 mil project in Nowra.

About the role:
- Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish
- Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes
- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets
- Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date

Your Background:
- Experience with site managing projects over $20 mil
- Experience working on projects with tower cranes
- 5+ years as a site manager/foreman
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
- Positive attitude with the right temperament
- Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme

You will Receive:
- Employment with a commercial builder with strong project pipeline
- Up to $200k package, based on years of experience
- Support from office with CA's, PM's and operations manager etc.
- Genuine processes in place to achieve work life balance
