About the Company
This builder are well known for delivering new build projects up to $100 mil. They work with repeat clients and have made a name for themselves in the space that they operate in. With a solid pipeline of current and upcoming projects they are looking for a Site Manager to join the team working on a $30 mil commercial/ industrial project in Mascot.

Key accountabilities will include:

* Supervise and manage the project through to completion
* Regular project reporting on time, cost and quality
* Work closely with subcontractors to drive programme
* Build positive relationships with all external stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.
* Provide exceptional customer service through the handover and defects phase
* Manage WH&S requirements for each project under the relevant legislation and company systems

About You

* Have site managed at least one project start to finish over $15 mil
* Have proven experience working for a Tier 1, 2 or 3 business that do commercial projects.
* Experience within the commercial space - completing projects over $15 mil
* Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environment
* Have proven experience in completing multiple jobs start to finish
* Experience working within the Australian construction market
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be forward thinking and have a good attitude
* Ideally come from a trade background
